Replacement Bears
If a bear is lost, we can help introduce a replacement, stunt, or “ring-in” bear. We often keep older-style or limited-stock bears just for these special moments, making sure your child’s new friend feels just right.
Little Letters
Your little one can receive a special note from “Britt Bears Hospital HQ”, complete with photos of their bear “staying over” and tiny personal touches. It turns bear repairs into a fun, magical adventure and eases the separation while creating treasured memories.
Why We Do It
Britt knows how sad it is when a beloved bear goes missing — she even lost one herself at 11! Every bear carries its own stories and quickly becomes part of the family. We feel honoured to help keep those cuddly memories going. Repairs are always free, and replacements are handled with love as quickly as possible.
