Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us. We may, at our discretion, be able to offer an exchange or store credit for items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 21 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring every Britt Bear meets our quality standards. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Where a product is found to be faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
