Once you’ve placed your order, a little confirmation email will pop into your inbox before you know it.
We carefully send all our bears via Australia Post, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your cuddly friend begins the journey to you. Because many of our bears are lovingly made in Australia, there can sometimes be tiny delays - but we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
If a colour or style is having a short rest and is temporarily unavailable, simply reach out and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Please note that international orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee, payable by the receiver, and dependent on the destination. Please be mindful of this if you plan to send a gift to someone overseas.

All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock, there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Britt Bears has no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
